:) Nice Border, what breeding is she? I had Borders (mother and son) until last year when I lost them both quite close together :( They are great dogs.

they both look fed up here sat waiting to be stripped out

Teazle on the left of the pic died from a stroke and Buster her son died a month later from heart failure aged 11 and 9. Although I never worked mine, both were very keen. Teazle used to catch mice!!! :x def not for the pot

They are lovely

There is a Border Terrier in the park I take Megan to. She is gorgeous and is called Maisie, her name really suits her :- She is always friendly and full of fun :))

Hi littlenell is Teazle Oxcroft bloodlines? she looks alot like a Border we had in the 80s called pip from Jack Price lines:)

Poppy my present Border her sire is Mansergh/ Risdene bloodlines and her mother is CH.Tythrop T'pau , her litter sister is doing quite well showing and Poppy is 3/4 bred to CH. Tythrop Tapos best of breed 2008 at crufts, Poppys claim to fame is two rabbits and lots of mice under her belt, as you said although from show lines very keen and retained her working ability ;)

:) Teazle was bred by Diane Pearson (Rexlands) and was out of Dandyhow and Brumberhill lines- her granchildren and gt grandchildren are in the ring at the moment. Jack Prices Oxcroft Borders are cracking with lovely Ottery heads, very recognisable in the ring and very good workers.

Poppy has a touch of Brumberhill in her breeding, CH Blue print at Brumberhill on the sires side and Thoraldby and Bailieswells on her mums, sad as I as am, love looking into pedigrees, thats the great thing about Whippet archives you also get to see the odd photo :) Well it beats train spotting on a cold day
