I was well chuffed as Murph won post grad & Flyn won open & went Res Best of breed

Roy Baker(Sylbeq) was Judging whippets & the group.I thought he had a wonderful ring presence & he was lovely with the dogs,being very gentle & talking to them :thumbsup:

Thanks `Girls ` :- " Even though Debs called me ` a cow ` (w00t) in the ring for beating her The judge looked bemused when we both just laughed it off :lol:

He was a very sympatheic judge and was really smitten with Libbee , shame the Best in Show judge wasnt, as she gave it to a Bulldog and a Doberman :teehee:

Still a good day and Ive got a nice bit of `colour` to go with it too . Lovely to sit and sunbath whilst I was waiting

Yes Roy is a lovely judge, he was in Rough and Smooth collies but is more an allrounder now adays !

Entry of 17 whippets . , 6 of which were in Junior , all of whom are winners at Champ shows ) but only 4 in group ,

Libbee won Junior and yearling ( 3 in that class )

Numbers don't really matter that much to me, and I wasn't specifically asking for numbers as such - just whether they were quality dogs and were you proud to win over them. That's how I look at it.

I know what you mean Lana , the mini wire dachs was VERY nice ( I thought ) but it got 3 in group 8)

[SIZE=14pt]ARE ANY K9ers [/SIZE]going to Goosnargh and Longridge Ag. tomorrow?

As I still haven't worked out who most of you are, I'll just have to ask!!

I don't know why I am going, first time I went Folly stood on 3 legs and gave the judge dirty looks (we weren't placed, I wonder why) last year I entered her in PG (should have been in open) by mistake - 4th out of 4!!!! And I'm going again tomorrow - what a fool I am. Different dog though!!
