Oh Lou, so sorry Moz is having problems - he was running out of his skin only a few weeks ago. I hope he will be diagnosed soon, and that's its something that can be easily treated. Lots of luck :luck: and hugs for Moz :huggles: see you soon x

Just wondering Lou - did this come on soon after booster vaccination?

Thanks for the support :huggles:

Just wondering Lou - did this come on soon after booster vaccination?

No June he has been getting small bruises for a while but we just put it down to being knocked about on the lure. It was only when racing stopped for kc and he got a few more that puzzled me, I mentioned them to the vet while we were getting the vaccs done

In a way I'm glad there was KC about as I wouldnt have taken him to the vets until next month for his boosters. He would have been racing and we would have assumed the bruises were from that.

At least he is happy in himself and we still have him with us :huggles:

We hope to know more by the end of the week

If he is happy in himself that is really positive. My relative has had tests and hers isn't immune-system related, there are all sorts of causes of the condition, and some are more innocuous than others. Keep positive for Moz, I have every-thing crossed for him. See you Sunday :huggles:

Sorry to hear Mozza is poorly Lou, like everyone else I hope it's something that is easily treated and wont affect his quality of life. :luck:

Just heard from the vets Moz doesnt have Thrombocytopaenia, they are testing for von willibrands (sp) now. In his lastest sample the levels were a bit better.

I think it's 'Von Willebrand' - :luck: please let us know how he's doing.

So sorry to hear you haven't gotten to the bottom of it yet Lou. Will keep our fingers crossed for you and Moz.
