Did a search for the details of the show last year and came up with this reply to you asking for directions because some old fart would never get you there :lol: :lol: :lol:

Tish this is not the correct post code this one will take you into the middle of Buckfastleigh and I wouldn't wish that on anyone :lol: :lol:

The post code that will get you on the road going past the show gate is TQ11 0NE (TQ11(zero)NE)

If you are not sure just ask someone for directions to the Buckfastleigh race course and that's where the show is

Is there a flier or show schedule some one could put up please, what times the racing start,??? coursing??? and showing??? :teehee: Steve would like to know what time to get there for on the Sunday to help me with the hounds. :- , Where have you all seen the advert for this one, ?( we don't have the CMW anymore). :lol: Di

Hi Di, booking in for Coursing is from 9.30 to start 10.30, Showing starts 1.00 then Hurdles,Racing and long jump.

Well, guess what???

IT RAINED AGAIN (w00t) :lol: :lol:

But there were loads of lurchers and terriers there and the coursing was very well subscribed :thumbsup:

My little Poacher was Reserve Champion, she had to run 5 times and lost out in the final, but she loves it so much and never, ever gives in

For a dog who faced death row 10 months ago, before I rescued her, and now has one hind leg shorter than the other with a semi-fused stifle joint she doesn't do badly, bless her :wub: :thumbsup:

Little Toffee, the acrobatic terrier, won the terrier lure coursing and the lurcher hurdling had commenced when I had to leave the show to get home. It was running rather late as the lurcher judge took quite a long time judging the showing :- Hopefully someone will put the results up from the other events later tonight or tomorrow :thumbsup:

A BIG THANK YOU TO KEV AND DEBS FOR THE HARD WORK AND ORGANISATION THAT THEY PUT INTO RUNNING THESE EVENTS .......... I HAVE HAD A GREAT SUMMER AND PLAN TO BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!! :thumbsup:

well done poacher didn't realise you came reserve :thumbsup: we left after 8pm and they where just starting lurcher long jump!!!!!lola managed reserve in racing and joint reserve in the long jump but little toffee did brilliant at the long jump again

will post photos tomorrow as going for a shower and bed ! it's been a long day -_- -_- ended up taken 689 photos so will do my best to get some uploaded . thanks for a great day just a shame the rain didn't stay away... was happy billy my 12 week lurcher pup had 2 rosettes and solo done well too, thanks again
