Thanks Kev, Deb and Josh for a fantastic day it was nice to meet up with some of my old lurcher friends and to meet new ones, finally met Jinnyfizz and her lovely dogs, (nice lady) :thumbsup: Poor Maggie took a tumble in the coursing and came off lame again but she will be fine with rest. :-

Thank you to Sue and Paul for showing me the way, :unsure: I'm very pleased with all my dogs efforts today especially Skippy who only managed to miss one gate in the coursing, (a big

achievement for Skippy DIPPY dog.) :lol: and my little angle Leia winning the unders in her very first lurcher race. couldn't of done it with out Rebecca's help slipping her, what a brilliant job she did too. no photos from me, (too dam wet ) but a very enjoyable weekend all the same. amazing day :lol: thanks to kev deb and josh :cheers: very wet but still good!! it was a great attendance and good to see old friends...[di]..karma reached the final in racing which i thought was brill and it was good to watch her against the top dogs..well done all :thumbsup: cant wait till next year to see all these puppies that were bought yesterday competing!

unfortunately on the way home about 10ish we saw 2 whippets in the road and had to swerve to avoid them but a car behind hit one...i dashed out of the van and ran down the road where the scene was and 1 was back in safely and the other had a very bad leg...not nice!!..dont know anymore as they rushed him to the vet but i will knock on their door and inquire next time i go that way!!....it was scary though as di was about 10 mins in front of us and i just thought the worst when i saw them.

i have got some pics and the final video. i got the start and tish got the end so we should have a good viewing there when and if i can get photo bucket to work....might need your help again sarah :clown:

I didn't see any dogs loose on the road Sue, poor little dog It was a long day -_- and i think i hit home at about 11.30 to 12, very weary Di :lol:

we got home at midnight....it was really scary and not a sight i want to ever see again, i was quite shaken up!!..when we saw the dogs we immeadiately thought it was skippy and trent and thought u had crashed or something...thank god it wasnt eh?..but my heart goes out to the poor lady who owned him..i wish them all the best and ill knock on them when i pass that way again..... :wub:

well done everyone who braved the weather, it was nice to see the young man and his lady who i met last week advised to come and have a go with their deerhound xxxx with HUGE grins after their dog finished his first ever lure race even though he tried to play the whole way up they had a great time and he's going to try and make his own lure now. Dylan won the terrier hurdles and i think Toffee was 2nd and lola 3rd? and he won most obedient in the family ring and he managed to make it past the finish line twice in the coursing.
