With this being the Championships will we be using the block traps for all races except finals ?? and are there enough traps for the finals with the start that may well be required ???these are things that need looking into prior to the day not on the day ---length of cables ect--

Hi everyone !

Been reading some of your comment's found them all very interesting - some good points made!! some a bit negative!!!

We travelled up from East London the night before and stayed at the hotel attached to the track. We watched some very good grey hound racing which showed us how safe the track was especialy on the top bend. This track is thumbs up for us, looking forward to seeing some good racing at the championships.

Surely if this track and facilities was good enough for William Hill to run his prestigious £10,000 Blue Ribbon event on last night we should be honoured to run our whippets there. Why should't we have the best we can get for Championships I beleive the BWRA Championships have been put in the greyhound calendar because they are being held at Hall Green and that must be good for our sport.
