Muriel has asked me to say that any member who intends to camp at the BWRA Championships please can they send their booking fee to her as soon as possible
as she will be very busy doing other things that week-end and the more pre-booking she can get the less of a problem it will be on that week-end.
Muriel will be at the club teams at Old Hall on Sunday Aug.13th so you can see her then and pay your camping fee. The cost of camping is in the advert for the championships
If anyone pays and then has a genuine reason for not being able to go they will have their money returned. Your co-operation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Members can camp from the Thursday afternoon until Tuesday morning.
