Dear Members

Last night when i got home from the racing I had the most devastating telephone call from Moira to tell me Tom had passed away at 2-30pm in the afternoon.

It was Moiras wishes after speaking with her again to-day to let all her friends at the club know, as we all knew Tom being such a wonderfull friend to us all.

I am sure everyone will like to express there sympathy to Moira as she is totally davastated.

Moiras address is 46 Rae Street Cowdenbeath.

Maggie.

Hello all. My name is Wayne Campbell, I'm Tommy Campbell's son. As my Mum hasn't access to the internet I said I would log on and reply. Thank you all so much for your kind words at this difficult time. My father was very happy as a member of your club and had the fondest of words to say about you all. I thank you for your friendship towards him and your continuing friendship for my Mum.

I'm very sure that we will pop over some sunday in the not too distant future to see you all and let Skye off the lead.

Kindest regards,

Wayne.

Hi Wayne,

Our condolences to you and your mum. We haven't known you dad very long but he and your mum have always been very kind to us. Your dad was a lovely man and we'll miss him. We look forward to seeing you and your mum (and Skye) soon.

Good Morning all.

My Mum has asked that I post a reply on this Forum to let you all know the time and date of my Dad's funeral.

The service in the Co-Operative funeral parlour will be on Wednesday 8th July at 11:15 then on to Beath cemetary at 12:00.

The parlour is on Cowdenbeath High Street at the far end just before the Esso petrol station.

You are all more than welcome to attend.

Kind regards,

Wayne.

I'm not sure if this is the Tom I met in Kirkcaldy a few years ago. If so, he and his wife were very kind to me and helped keep an eye on my dogs when I needed to go to shops.

Probably not who I'm thinking of as there isn't a mention on the nonped section. some other great guy in the whippet racing world. Condolences.
