I am good on the pc and internet, but do not go outside my comfort zone. I hear about BLOGs. I think I have a vague idea on what they are. I have an idea and think that a blog may be my answer but need to have a better understanding.

What I am wanting to do, is set up a password protect webpage that the girls I work with can all log onto. We can then share our information at one central point. Currently we are all emailing and forward. Everything is getting written down on little scraps of paper. It can get a bit muddled

Would a blog be the answer, and can they be kept private from the rest of the worlds internet eye's

A blog is a smaller version of a webpage....most of them are free to use. It is possible to interact with people, share your thoughts, and write a sort of diary.

Im not sure if you can keep it private, someone else may be able to help here.

but I would have thought it possible.

Gerry MCaan has made a blog about Madeleine...its just like a diary with his thoughts and added pictures when he wanted to write something down...but he has made this to share.

thanks Janis. I think it is exactly what we need, as long as we can keep it private.
