Help please! I am struggling to find coastal campsites in Wales with the following facilities;

1. Sea view

2. Whippets allowed :- "

3. Camper/tourer pitches with electric hook up

4. Nice shower & bathroom facilites.... :lol:

We want to start at the LLyn peninsula for around 3 nights, then drop down to the Cardigan Bay Aberystwyth area for another 3 nights, then down to the Pembrokeshire coast say 2 sites for the rest of the fortnight.

I know some of you out there can help me out... :thumbsup:

try the campsite on Shell Island, not sure if they have elec points but we did see some campervans there.

Lovely beach, pets welcome, check when the tide cuts off the road to Island, lovely sunsets. shower facilities good. :luck: :luck:

Many thanks all booked, roll on summer and lets hope it's not like last year 8)

Hi Anne - I have connections in Newport (Pembrokeshire), and can recommend the following 2 sites:

http://www.caravancampingsites.co.uk/pembr...tycanolfarm.htm

http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=3219

The beaches at Newport are both dog-friendly all year round - as are most beaches in Pembrokeshire. Another very useful site is:

(sorry - am at work, so no time to do proper linky thing, but hope you find what you want).
