Cannot Add my Avatar

Hello I joined Dogs Forum Tonight and I cannot do my Avatar every time I click on it it comes up:-

Oops! We ran into some problems.​

The requested page could not be found
Please please can someone help me

I just edited mine without any problem, so I wonder if the image you are trying to use is too large?

I've found the easiest way to reduce it is to take a screenshot and use that instead of the original.

It’s not even letting me try and put an image on ?

Click on the default avatar at the very top left-hand side of the forum (in the photo below, just above the balloons). When I do that, I get the pop-up in the photo below. Can you get that far and if so, at what point do you get the message?

I get this at the bottom of the page

• Update Your Avatar.
  Upload your own personal avatar
  by clicking here.
• When I do it says oops this page can’t be found or words to that effect.
• I will try what you have told me to do thank you very much

Yes, I get the same when I click on that link in your post, so something's not right. I can't find that text at the bottom of any page though - is it from within your profile details, or elsewhere? I should have asked, are you on laptop or phone/tablet?

There may also be a limitation that you have to make a number of posts before adding an avatar. Anyhoo, see how you get on using the method I suggested

I keep getting the following reminder it pops up at the bottom of the page:-

• Update Your Avatar.
  Upload your own personal avatar
  by clicking here.
• When you click on it it comes yp with a message basically saying it can’t be found. I will give you suggestions a go thank you.

Yep, lovely photo! It looks like the bad link that came up is something you only get before you set up your avatar for the first time which is why I couldn't find it - I'll report it to admin.
