Can anyone help? I've googled all the word combinations I can think of, but all that comes up is a barrier for preventing a dog jumping over into the front of a car.

I am looking for a company that custom-makes iron mesh gates that are fitted to sit under the back door of a hatchback car, enabling one to leave the hatch raised in hot weather, while securing the dog in the car behind the padlocked gate. I had one fitted into an Astra some years ago, and all I can remember is that I found the company on-line, and had to take the car to them for measuring and fitting, so it must have been somewhere in the North-West.

Barjo Tail gates should do it.... sorry cannot seem to make copy/paste work..

Thank you for the replies. I haven't been googling 'tailgate' - couldn't think of the word! Barjo don't make one to ft a Kia Rio, but I am trying the other companies that googling the right word produced.
