Well I'm gutted as I forgot to enter the Twit in the vets (and I was soooo looking forward to him racing in the vets at the champs ) .......Note to oneself, we really must take this Whippet racing seriously :- " .......Oh well I'll be there anyway to help Julia, Jas, Sue and to call on friends and South Cotswolds dogs .....Oh and I'm looking forward to watching Chase in the vets :huggles:

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the organisers and officials at the champs yesterday it ran like a dream, well done. :cheers:

The weather was great it was great to catch up with everyone at last, :thumbsup: lovely to see little Baby love running, her little legs go so fast she was just a blur when she passed us. :wub:

Mo did us proud by coming 2nd in her 1st race which was quite a shock as we thought we"d be home by 3 oclock. :lol: she was knocked out in the semis but ran very well. :huggles: Poor little Gypsy couldnt keep up with the vets in her group and was knocked out in the 1st round but again she did us proud. :huggles:

It was great to be there and see Dave & Lynnes little girl get her full coat, :huggles: and Rebecca with Cody get hers, :huggles: also nice to see Jasper win his veteran class yesterday, :huggles: Also nice to see Otis come 2nd in his weight group final, if only he could get out of them traps, :lol: looks like we"ll be seeing you all again in August rather than October now. :lol:

Thanks to squizzle for keeping us fed and entertained all day, Donna now looks like a TOMATO but we did try to warn her about the sun. :- "

We'd not travelled much this year with getting the Lancashire up and running ect.

But I must say the champs Organisation was 2nd to non the hard work put in by all the committe showed as this meeting went off without a glitch from start to finish,
