Yes we do celebrate Christmas Eve PLUS Chrissy Day. Actually we have one, one year and the other the following year, but always, always, always do the St Nicholas thing on 6th December, so the grandchildren love it, cos it's like having two Christmas Days, one little one followed by one big one. Adam says 6th December is just a practice so Santa can make sure he and his little brother Clayton get the right pressies.

No flies on that lad.

Yes he does do traditional Flemish cooking plus lots of Anglo-Flemish. Just can't manage to see him dollop mayonaisse and tomato ketchup on top of lovely braised steak and onions in gravy!!!!!
