I have a question. Is there such thing as a sensitive trachea vs collapse. Why every time a small dog has a cough everyone thinks CT. I use to have a big dog and when ever he went under for a teeth cleaning he would cough for a few days and it was because his treachea was irritated from the tube. He did not have CT. So is it possible a dog can cough just because his throat is irritated from allergies or from chewing and swallowing things he is not suppose to (sticks, paper, raw hide?
