Congratulations to the new Champions made up today at the National Championships. In the N/E 20lb group Bolt From The Blue was a popular winner. In the N/E 24lb group Its A Breeze beat off some fierce competition to win her title. Last but not least Highland Warrior did it in the N/E 28lb group - it was certainly worth all the travelling from Scotland to gain the title everyone knows you were cheated of at the WCRA last year. Well done all of you. New Veteran Champions were Savernake Special Branch and Racing Spikes, so pleased for you. New half coats were Fleur, a popular Northern win for Gary and Cheryl's Master of Light, and a huge cheer for the Ingley's Memory Man.

A great day was had by all, and it brings to an end another sucessful year for the NPWRA - where we always have quality racing with quality pedigree dogs. Thanks to all the committee who have worked hard to bring the Nationals to where it is today. Looking forward to next year already  :teehee:

We wish him a speedy recovery from the injury he sustained in the Final. :luck:

Here are a few pictures from Sundays Finals, - not all of them as unfortunately the camera jammed for the n/e 16lb final and the very last two Veterans races did not come out, probably due to the poor light (or ineptitude. )

However, hopefully the rest are below.

Some more still to come from the heats and semis once we can get them all processed. :))
