DOG SHOW June 28th 2009 at Cadleigh Farm, Lee Mill, Nr Ivybridge

DOG SHOW SECRETARY - Ms HALL 01752 837598

The day starts with simulated coursing for Terriers and Lurchers, booking in at 09.30am for 10.30am start.

The dog show provides both fun and serious showing and handling classes for Pedigree, Family, Terriers and Lurchers from noon.

Experienced and novice handlers are welcome in all the sections, and with experienced Judges brought in from a wide area, we have a competitive but very friendly show.

At the end of the showing, racing for Terriers, Lurchers, puppies, big dogs and little dogs, is an exhilarating way to finish off a great day out.

We also hold a ferret show; classes are on the dog schedule.

Please check back in June for a complete schedule of classes to download.

This year Terriers and Lurchers have qualifiers for the South West Supreme Championship at Porlock, Somerset on 2nd August 2009, and Lurchers have a qualifier at Chatsworth Country Fair on 6th September 2009.

NB. ALSO DON'T FORGET OUR SUMMER SHOW ON 15TH AUGUST 2009

This show has real potential for being a great day with something for everybody !! Really hope that they have a judge from outside of the county for the Lurchers, especially as it is a NLRC qualifier....Any ideas Tish? or it is a secret !!! This is our local show - the luxury of only driving 8 miles...

Will definately be there, looking forward to it.....
