Despite having quiet woods walks over the weekend, she is in one of her crazy moods, she has jumped around the garden hunting invisible creatures, pulled like a shire horse on the beginning of her morning walk and hasn't settled down as she usually does after a walk. She looks like she's had 3 espressos.
Do anyone else's dogs have crazy days ?
And if so fave you worked out why?
It's not a problem it's just strange.

Can I have some of whatever you're feeding her, please? I could use that energy! :D

The joys of spring? More wildlife activity close by?

Ha! Yes maybe it's the wildlife,

Yes I suppose it could be wildlife, she eats V-dog traditional flakes.
Maybe it's the sausage roll she ate yesterday.
She and other dogs in her walkies group have all been super energetic on frosty mornings but this breaks the rule as there wasn't a hint of frost this morning.
Full moon ?

I have a working spaniel and when there's game around he's off the planet- eyes glaze over and it's nose down and the body in turbo drive.

Does he ever chase invisible prey ?
I've wondered if she has a good imagination ? or maybe doggy psychosis ?

How long has she been with you now? Is it possible she's still settling in and relaxing, and feels able to express her inner exuberance? It can take quite a while.

Or it could be the sausage roll!
