Good luck to all Whippets, Italian Greyhounds, Greyhounds, Deerhounds and any K9ers exhibiting this year. My TT Holly is entered on Sunday (Utility) but we won't be going this time. :(

But good luck to everyone who is going and safe journeys there and back

sorry you wont be going but yes good luck to everyone and please drive safely :)

Just saw Photos of the Bedlington classes, those old guys who worked them, would be turning in their graves if they saw this lot, pseudo bedlingtons that would run a mile if faced with teeth.

We went yesterday had a great day but couldn't take Owen. He was entered in the veteran class but has a problem with wobbly legs at the momwnt so he had to stay at home. Spent most of the day with our breeders and shopping got Buck a new collar and the little ones a igloo kennel not that they appreciate it though and wormers for all the addults and the pups. I had intended spending my birthday money and wanted a silver necklace with a greyhound or whippet on it but the only ones we could find were plated which I can't wear.

I didn't realise you have a Tibetan terrier.....it would be lovely to see some pictures of her. I have a soft spot for this breed.

I watched Crufts via More 4. I quite often go but decided to save some money this year by not going. I enjoyed the TV coverage but would have enjoyed seeing more of the judging and less of other features...but they have to appeal to a wide audience, so they're not going to please everyone, and it was reasonably entertaining. I loved watching the agility too.

I'll try to work out how to post pics, Nicola, and put some of Holly up. I always admire everyone else's photos but haven't a clue how to do it myself! LOL. I love TTs and I bred Holly's mum, but Whippets are far more practical, grooming-wise! :D

I quite enjoyed the More4 coverage, better I think than when it was on the BBC; and did anyone see the programme last night which followed, about how to buy a puppy? I thought that was really good, but shouldn't have been tucked away at 9pm on More4 - IMO it should have been on BBC1 at peak time, every day for a week. The footage of the puppy farm animals was harrowing.
