I knwo the last few years are on our website :clown: it is those before that that I am wondering about.

Try the Whippet Biennials, as they have those listings of CC winners.

Yes Caroline, he won but me too can't remember which year it was between 97 or 98  . The other CC winner from those 2 years was Ch. Taraday Magic Spirit wasn't it???

I think bitch CC went to Ch. Bluestreak Beauty Of Bath????? :b

I was there but really I can't remember :b

Its quite amazing to see that 3 of the dogs listed are Rebels relatives. With only being new to Whippet showing i am learning so much about pedigree's. I bought him without really knowing what stock he was from.

I seem to know an awful lot about Greyhound breeding (with 15 years experience)and know a good dog from an average dog, theres so much to learn about Whippets. To anyone who knows about Racing Greyhounds, we have just started using the Jamella Tiger line so fingers crossed :luck:

Personally i have much respect for Leigh Morris and would love to have a pup from her next litter.

Saw some of his pups a couple of years ago . about 10 months old I think they were, but to be honest with you they hadnt been reared terribly well and most had at least one knocked up toe . What did strike me about them was that they all had very long faces . Ok for photo finishes I thought  but I wasnt keen on them , I now look at Greyhounds as if Im judging them and not racing them, as in the past

What breeding is your bitch ?

Glensaul Skippy is our bitch from Tommy Eibrand in County Mayo.

She is from Jamella Tiger x Glensaul Godiva born Sept 03. All are now schooled and running and doing really well.

Nice looking bitch , All my greyhounds were by a dog called MULCAIR ROCKET . he got through to the final of the 1976/7 ? greyhound Dersby , but broke a toe is the semis ` :(

Whilst on holiday in the Lake District  we called at Workington track on a trial day , we put Jemma ,who was only 14 months into the traps ( her first time in traps ) and she broke the track record (w00t) , An old guy said to us , put her in a qualifying trail later on and then you can race her next meeting . Obviously we didnt , but we did have several people interested in buying her . Jemma was my family pet , did obediance. won at exempion shows and won racing ,all distances from 100yds dash to 720 yds  I still miss her , she was 16 years old when she died :( A dog in a million

Here is a pic of Jemma and some of her friends (w00t) , Now believe it or not she was one of the most genuine dogs running ., :D

Workington is where i live and unfortunately the track is now closed. Our nearest flapping track is in Gretna. Whilst living in Leicester i was attached to Peterboro track. Just buying land at the back of the house so that we can apply for another license to run at Brough. Will hopefully breed from Skippy. Thats if i dont overrun the house with Whippets, mind you the beastly greyhounds are kennelled outside with our Jack Russell/Rottweiler.

Did you ever go to Leicester track ? I used to go to peterborough flapping m at least twice a week

And now JAX just flaps at home / and Newark / and Derby / and -- well just about anywhere really
