Very pleased to have been asked to man the Whippet breed stand on the Discover Dogs bit on the Saturday.

It's a very tiring day, but it is great seeing and talking to everybody, as well as being a good opportunity to educate the masses about our beloved breed and put to bed some of the myths that surround them, such as those thin shivery things.

If you're at Crufts on the Saturday, come and say hello.

Volunteers are most welcome. If you think you'd like to have a go pm/email me and I'll tell you more about it. I always take loads of food, because although refreshments are provided, I'm always so hungry, must be all the energy used in talking to people. :teehee:

Hmm just thinking - was it you I sent agility pictures to a couple of years back for Discover Dogs? Even if you are have all slots booked up for Saturday and don't need us I could bring (or email) you some agility pics to put up in the stand to show whippet versatility?
