Well I took my little guy home this afternoon, he was very good in the car and has made friends with my peds. He did some exploring of the garden and made himself comfy on Ste's lap while he was fishing (too many goldfish in our pond) and tried to eat the fish pellets! He's wolfed his tea and after a few whimpers, he settled down into his bed.

I'm really chuffed to bits with him Vicky and I think Dobber/Dobby might be keeping that name because the family think he's more of a Dobby than a Vinny, but we'll see how things go. :wub:

LOL yeah, it was a little nap though and he's a little anxious of fitting in with mine so he's sleeping in his own bed next to them, if he gets upset during the night, I might put Riley with him and see how he goes. Must admit Im quite surprised he's gone straight to sleep but I suppose all the excitement has worn him out.

Aw thanks everyone! :cheers: Well he started crying at 6.00am and I figured he'd done well so let him out, he actually seemed to be more concerned in seeing the others (but I think he was hoping his little bros were in there ) He's ate his brekkie had a play and a long nap and is now terrorising my stepson who think's he brill.

This is the first puppy I've watched from birth to new home on this site - so I almost feel part of his family. A big thank you to you all for letting me share this with you.

I wish him a long and healthy life and years and years of doing what whippets do best - bringing joy to everyone they come in contact with. :unsure:

Well I've booked some more time off this week and I've popped him with Jeebs in his pen as he seems to like the bundle of fun. And I have total silence! (w00t) and no they ain't ate each other cos I checked!
