Can anyone recommend any dog beds that are fully machine washable, and by that I mean the whole thing can go in the washing machine? I kept the poor lady in our local pet shop busy for ages looking through their entire range, only to find out that even the really expensive ones, only the covers are washable!! I like to have a couple of beds for my lot upstairs so when I am working they can sleep up here with me, rather than go downstairs into their crates.

I would be grateful if anyone knows of any - otherwise I shall get another normal single duvet folded up under a fleecy blanket again !

Bluebell has one of Alfyns Snuggle beds - fully washable - she loves it - uses it more as a duvet than a sack - but very luxurious and great quality

have look see if you can get one with a waterproof inner and removable cover thats what my lot have ,you can wipe down the inner part and chuck the cover in the machine ,not shure were they sell em thou as i made mine myself

Thanks guys - I think I shall stick with the duvets as at least you can wash the whole thing and tumble dry them. I have tried the ones that you wipe down, but unofortunately with my lot they just destroy them and make them so smelly when they come back wet after walks. :blink:

Alfyn's beds are wonderful, just washed and dried Zephyr's this morning, always comes out looking brand new!

Go for one of Alfyn's snugglebeds, you won't regret it and the dogs will love you forever! They wash and dry brilliantly and, as I have said before, Rifle's has survived being put under serious strain with him and a large black lab both in it together!
