Hi just been given this information from afriend on another site

Beware Dog thieves are around Nottinghamshire The same folk travellers were in Peterbough last month

thay are driving a white van Licence number LR04USZ

they have taken a staffy from the back yard they will take any dog that they can lay there hands off

ring the police with the address as the police can only deal with them with a firm sighting

so beware

I read in the news that the 'tarmacing community' now have priority booking at our GP surgeries.....20 mins allowed too!

wish they would come and get the staffy over the road its roaming about again so i carnt take the dogs out till she takes it inwitch is ususly about 11 at night. its a lovly dog send them this way if anyone see them

the police say they cant do nothing as they are travellers and have to catch them on the property

the woman who had the staffy stolen said couldnt they track the van as they have their number

but they said it was difficult not interested more like

Do you really wish this poor dog was taken by the likes of these people & used for fighting or baiting??????

I know it must be a nuisance cos you cant take your dogs out BUT you say its a lovely dog so surely to god i wouldnt wish any animal to end up in the hands of these parasites
