Just had a funny moment and tried to do some situps. Back was creaking like anything. Both the dogs were sitting on the bed probably thinking how they could call the doctors with the white suits :D No got to keep doing it going on holiday in April and got to try and look half decent for the beach
 
hi mate just start off doing 50 a night and build up gradually after few weeks,i got a sit-up board which i find better than trying to tuck your feet under edge of bed etc.

Give it a few months of hard graft you might look like this? images.jpg
