an ex of mine's dad was adopted by a blue budgie - it landed on his handglider while he was flying and refused to budge (no pun intended!) so he brought it home, put it in a cage and called it Sky!

Many of the birds, mainly the parrot like, that are killed as vermin in Aus are a premium price here in the UK.

Unfortunately the Aus government dont allow export and teh UK govt dont allow imports due to Hen mania - Really iits due to the possibility of bird flu.
