    We very politely explained that we couldn't change the report but we would help him if he needed a replacement boiler!

    My groomer tells me she often has problems with very matted dogs which have to be almost shaved to get rid of the mats and tangles.

    Oh yes, it's annoyingly more common than you'd think, and the best thing for the dog is to clip them right back to get under the mats rather than trying to brush them out (ouch!), This is hard work for the clippers and scissors, that's not what they're for, they're for styling hair that is maintained nicely, I don't know why people don't get that!
