Didn't want to hijack the other thread that this was mentioned in by Ridgesetter, who has obviously used one of these machines with success. Anyone else had experience of them??

8) Hi there everyone, now that's a very good question, I wanted to know too, has anyone had experience or sucess with a draminski? I would love to hear about it, do tell!!! tyvm in advance

Me too :) and also how much it costs. My vet does the ovulation testing at very reasonable price, so I never looked for alternatives. I do however have to drive to the clinic and that is an half an hour trip each way.

I did hear good reports about Draminski but only second hand.

Hi, I recieved mine in the post a few days ago, I ordered it direct from America and it cost £240, sounds alot but if you have a few bitches which you intend to breed from it could pay for itself versus god knows how many ovulation pre-tests.

I too would really like to speak to someone who has had sucess with it, from the research I have done it is extremely reliable but only if you follow a very strict routine of using it the same time, same area in cervix and stick ridgidly to a thorough cleaning routine, before and after use, you might find this link interesting, when you look at it go to the bottom of the page and click on the other link which says manual, here there are details about the correct way to use etc.

Hope this helps, also hope someone with experience joins this convo lol

When you become proficient with it Collywobble, perhaps you could hire your services out to K9ers to help pay for it!!
