They run off in pairs ! Winners through to the dog above or below. ie WHISTLER will meet the winner of BLACKY 3 V SELDOM FED and so on until your left with just 2 for the final !

Tough going if you keep winning, but great sport.

Those beaten in the first round go into the Consolation Stake ran in the same format, so all dogs are sure to have at least two runs.

BLACKY 1 is the local favourite, but word on the ground is that GINGER and SELDOM FED are the hot pots coming up from Enniscorthy !

However, Billy and Frankie will have taken care of them in the early rounds for you John ! 8)
