I love chinese creasted have been considering getting one for a long time and spent ages at crufts getting cuddles they seam to eather be stunningly beautifll or real mingers but I love them all heres the chap that stole my hart at crufts sidny hes not the stunning little pony tipe but he still would never win uglyest dog. I did try and sneak him out but hios mum would not let me have him.

But thoues dogs are realy realy uggly but at least there mums love them and thats all that matters
 
I dont mean all crested are ugly..........just them ones

They are probably lovely dogs but you can't get away from the fact they are ugly :thumbsup:

We have had Cresties for many years & unfortunately poor dentition goes with the hairlessness in many cases as its the same gene ( the more hair, the better the mouth :b vice versa )

Hence why as they get older a lot tend to have tongues that loll out but also so do a lot of toybreeds as dentition is often not good in many. :- "

My mum had one for 17 years that looked just like Yoda not a hair or tooth in her body bless her but we loved her to bits. :wub:

What a sad state of affairs for a breed :( - and great tabloid press fodder - I hope the breed are seriously working to sort this problem out :(
