Anyone have review of eye protectors for dogs ... goggles.... visors etc

My dog is blind and tends to brush along bushes etc , sometimes twiigs poke him in eye.. can be quite nasty ....also you can get tinted glasses as sun can damage eyes.. cataracts etc....for sports or military/ security ... swimming protection from chlorine

We walk on lead now, he was off lead when he first went blind and he could happily walk around the park but old age has made his brain a bit muddled sometimes ( I know the feeling)

Rex specs dog goggles ....they are made to measure and offer excellent protection. ...a rescue terrier wears them when he sits in his dads motorbike and sidecar ...

No recommendations - but I just wanted to add that I used to know a terrier who wore goggles for the same reason. He was usually off lead, but knew the woods well and could probably navigate by smell. A very happy little chap he was

Yes, but what's the point of being a terrier if you can't rootle around under bushes? I'm sure he would much prefer to wear googles and have more freedom.

We took on an end of life terrier who was blind and she was always offlead ...no googles needed ...

I got a pair of Doggles for my Whippet, (also a pair for my Shih Tzu). They were adjustable and had two straps, one round the back of their head with a second under their jaw. They wore them when riding in my open top fun car, that is Folly wearing hers in my picture.

He runs himself along the bushes I guess it’s like feeling your way along the wall when you turn light off...

I’ve come across a situation where the owners had some sort of contrivance which had spokes sticking out of a collar which provided protection against the dog running into things. I suppose a surgical collar would be effective but not much fun for the dog. You have my best wishes. I really hope you find a solution.

I've seen these, I can see it working for walls and furniture but maybe not so well for bushes?
