Hello all. Just had a major disappointment....after searching for months and months for a fawn boy to come and join my 5yr old fawn boy Eli, the litter I had finally booked a puppy from has just been born, safe and well thankfully, but not a boy in sight! Please, if anyone knows of any litter available/potential litter for the not too distant future, which may possibly include fawns, I would be so grateful if you would PM me. We would be quite happy to consider a slightly older puppy, providing it wasn't too old to acclimatise to living with a cat. Type and temperament similar to Hillsdown/Birkonbrae lines would be lovely (Eli is out of Jim Scholles' Craigavad Crystal by ch Rum Punch of Falconcrag, and has a super nature) but this is a pet home, so enormous showing potential isn't top of our list. Hoping someone out there can help, there's an empty little puppy bed here waiting to be filled :( . Thanks, Heidi.

daledog's dog has just mated a bitch. she's eating alot more, so looks promising :luck: dad is blue brindle, mum is fawn...could be an idea?

i'd love one, myself :b

AWW what a dissapointment for you - this happened just before I got Kobi, was going to have a pup from Susans litter out of Robbie and all girls this time. :(

but hey now I have Kobi and hes gorgeous   Im sure the right pup will come along. You could pm Alfyn, Im sure she has puppies due sometime now soon. shes in Licolnshire too.

good luck :luck:

Sorry to hear of your disappointment but I am sure you will find the right pup in the not too distant future and then that empty puppy bed will be full! Good luck in finding your little bundle of mischief!

:( Nothing worse when you wait 9 weeks for a boy and they are all girls. I have been there but now I have Gizmo and he was well worth the wait :D

I know a woman who wanted a boy from the Sophie / Robbie litter, she had all girls, she then waited for a boy from the Dem Blue / Robbie litter,,she had just 1 boy ( Gizmo) and she waited for a boy from the Biddy / Robbie litter and she was 2nd in line for a boy and she only had one :( :( ,,bad luck or what (w00t)

Really sorry you where disappointed this time, fingers crossed for the future and a lovely fawn puppy in a brand new bed.

Awwwww what a disappointment :( . Good luck with finding your perfect baby :luck:

Ah, thanks Wendy, hope so. Yep children fairly gutted of course, but hopefully Christmas will give them something to think about for a bit! And of course there's still our lovely Eli to give us all wet, whippety kisses :b !! (He's been working overtime at that, wondering why mummy's been a bit fed up  )

So sorry to hear that. But i am sure there wil be a fawn boy for you soon. If the daledog's litter sire has at least one parent fawn (or sired a fawn before) there is a good chance there will be fawns in this litter. However if both his parents are brindle and there is no fawns in his background the whole litter would be brindle.

I wonder if any of these are still available
