Our annual winter litters of dust bunnies has started to appear hiding in their nests
under the couch and recliners - a few have moved out of the warmth of their
nests and are beginning to migrate to their favoriate hiding places under the tv and
various lamp tables in the corners - we usually let them mature until spring when
they are large enough and fast enough on the spring winds to escape most of the
preditors when we let them out of the house - however - this year our pup Flame
has decided that she just has to dig them out of the corners and from under the
chairs and tables and just kill everyone that she can get close too - she has
learned that those long legs are good for really scraping the spaces to get the
wee little ones out where she can get a good chomp and shake on them -
the trouble she doesnt eat what she kills - she just brings her soggy wee ones
to us as presents with various parts hanging out of her mouth - at this rate we will have no mature dustbunnies to release for OFC season next spring - any suggestions?
