I nipped up to town this afternoon. I was in one shop which sells amongst other things throws. One was a beautiful cream colour and very soft and snuggly (Dylan loves soft and snuggly) but it wasn't in a wrapper and it wasn't priced. I took it up to the cash desk to ask how much it was, the assistant recognising me said "It's £4.99, we're very hot in this shop on knowing how much everything is. I thought to myself 'here's a bit of retail rivalry so I gave her my enigmatic smile and made no comment. I then gave her a Tenner and she gave me back change for a Twenty. It pays to shop locally. :thumbsup:
