These are some of the details for our camping event next year 2012, in conjuction with the NNWRF
Camping will be available from lunchtime TUESDAY JULY 3RD to 11.00am TUESDAY JULY 10TH.
We will have the camping alongside the track as we have this year, so once again there will be limited
spaces so it will be PRE-BOOKING ONLY for the camping of CARAVANS/TENTS.
Also only the vehicles belonging to campers will be allowed on the field, this is a stipulation of the TOWN COUNCIL.
I am now starting to take bookings, and I must have surnames for my list as this is a requisite for our
public liability insurance cover.
Because we have extended the amount of time that people can camp we have increased the cost of camping
so it will be as follows CARAVANS £30 TENTS £15

If we are lucky enough to have the weather next year as we have this year it should be a great event
We will be holding our SCRUPLES CHARITY OPEN ON WEDNESDAY JULY 4TH ( WEIGH IN TIME UP TO 11.30am )
The NNWRF Open will be on SATURDAY JULY 7th, and the FORDINGBRIDGE UNIX OPEN ON SUNDAY JULY 8th.
We have changed the weight class formats for our Charity Open and the Unix Open, this is so dogs do not race against
the same dogs at both of our events. More details will be in our open adverts.
If you wish to camp please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as it will be first come , first served.
