New human babies are one of the more common reasons for people rehoming dogs. I'm glad to see several people here have given you good advice on how to prepare your dogs for the new arrival - basically work on basic obedience and on separation, be sure they are already used to being on their own in a separate room or behind a barrier (good that they are already used to crates) - even when you are home. Training to walk alongside a pram/pushchair is also a good idea. A shorter-term suggestion is to let them smell baby-scented blankets before they actually encounter the baby. Finding dog walkers/short-term respite carers is a better idea than long-term fostering.
