I just looked at that site, there's pages of whippets,

puppies, rehomes, all sorts.

I've been on 'preloved' and there's over a hundred adverts if you search 'whippet' - what a shame so near Christmas. Guess the credit crunch is hitting and people are having to think twice before buying a puppy, or having to give up pets due to expense. Looks like many people have bred litters thinking there's money to be made but no-one's buying.

Having said this, I would sell my house and live in a tent before I'd lose my dogs.

Oh gosh yes, with sites like these there are so many sad stories and worrying scenes - I hope she gets the loving home that the seller is seeking :unsure:
