As many of you will know we became the proud owners of Jade's sister Gemma from Ireland at the end of August, what can I say she's been a star and good as gold. Sammy & Linda brought her over from N. Ireland to us and next day we all went to Todber Show together and had a really nice day.
Bank Holiday weekend we went to The Cheshire Game Fair run by Lurcherworld with our friends Richard & Sue for a day. What can I say, entered them both in the over 23" 110 yds Dash, Jade won with a time of 4.90 and to our delight Gemma got reserve with 5.02. To top off the day they both had a reunion with their siblings Pagan & Lara.

As they had both qualified for the 100yds Dash finals at Sandringham we made our way there.
What a great weekend we had meeting up with friends old and new.
Saturday dawned with weather looking a bit miserable but soon brightened up.
There were 16 dogs entered in the under 23" Dash finals with some really fast times being run the eventual winner was John Humphries' China  with reserve being Vicky Grocock  ( sorry Vicky can't remember which dog it was cause you had a few in there)
In the over 23" Dash finals there were 24 entered and what a battle our 2 had. In the 1st run Jade did 4.96 and to our amazement Gemma did 4.92 beating her sister, the 2nd run there were a few sub 5 secs but Jade pulled out all the stops to beat her sister into reserve place with a time of 4.90, How proud we were   .
John Humphries day was completed when China won show Champion.
Sunday dawned with blue skies. Gemma wasn't in the 1000 guineas final so we entered her in the open dash competition and to our delight she won with a time of 4.89 beating her sisters over 23" record for this year.
44 dogs contested the 1000 guineas final, jade got through to the second round only to come up against the fantastic Troy  and the rest they say is history.
Jade topped of her day by winning Show Champion so all in all we had a good weekend. I would just like to say well done to all the dogs that took part over the weekend all the owners should be proud of their dogs for the fantastic effort they put in. I would also like to thanks Lurcherworld i.e. Geoff, Dawn, Gary , Sue, Steve and all the rest for making everyone so welcome and a big congratulations to all the winners.
