Thanks for the results Judy, and also, THANK-YOU for organising a great open............................................................................

..............................................................TWICE (w00t)

I know that most of us have forgotten how horrible July was with the floods etc, but having all the draws done the programmes printed, the help organised only to have it all cancelled at the eleventh hour is soul destroying.

Well done Judy, you have worked so hard and the rest of us have literally popped in at the last minute to do our bit. Gloucester is a smallish club and it is no mean feat to put on two opens every year.

Again, thank-you and you can enjoy a well earned rest for a bit now before club racing starts again.

Well done everyone. Looks like it was a brilliant day 8)

Huge well done Bowan, in his first open too   and to Kiplin too for getting into the final

We totally agree - and, as you've been so good Judy - perhaps I could help you with club racing, seeing as we'll be there most weeks with our new baby

 Thanks Judy and the GLous crew for a good open. Well done to all winners and runners

Thanks for the nice comments. I'm all embarrassed now :b You're just scared of my whip  Actually I'm not the only one to do work before the open. Jane & Jo organised the trophies. Geoff has to liaise with the management at Dowtys and went up there with the Jane the day before to paint the trap lines and Lloyd kindly gave all the equipment the once over and charged the batteries. And of course a lot of people did jobs on the day too. Carmel was very organised on the paddock all day and Lesley & Yvonne did a brill job on the PA as usual. Poor little Oliver must have been knackered out with riding the bike up and down all day too, bless him. And then there's trap men and line judges and raffle sellers and lure boy collectors and programme maker-uppers, the track putter-uppers and taker-downers and probably someone else that I've forgotten as well so all in all its a real team effort as it is for any club's open - :huggles:
