After our AGM this year, velvet jackets were presented to the winners of the clubs points leagues.

TOP DOG

Gloucesters Top Dog of 2007 was Magical Mayhem, owned by Jo, Lloyd & Oliver Masson.

This dog was bred by Lesley & Mark Shearing from their Final Blade (WCRCh Hammeron x WCRCh Final Harmony) and sired by Shaz & John Pedders's well known The Real McCoy (VC Powerful Paddy x WCRCh/VC Gracious)

TOP BITCH

The Top Bitch of 2007 was Dave & Lynne Thomas's home bred Conway Gem. Amber was bred by Dave & Lynne from their excellent bitch Conway Lady (Buster x WCRCh Blossom) and sired by our Time Keeper (Xcess x WCRCh/VC Flybynite)

TOP VETERAN

Our Time Keeper was Gloucesters Top Veteran for the second year running. He was bred by Daphne Kitchen out of her brilliant WCRCh/VC Flybynite (WCRCh Time Flies x WCRCh Kizzynite) and sired by Lesley Harris's Xcess (WCRCh Hammeron x Magical Mystery)

Keeper's son, Double Time was 2nd, 3. WCRCh Conway Celt, 4. Savernake Falcon, 5= Whihaven Mighty Mouse & Whiphaven Moondust, 7= Conway Flyer, Daylight Katie, VC Tinkers Tyke, Written On The Wind & Xcalibur.

TOP YEARLING

Top Yearling went to Code Red belonging to Elaine & John Pollard. He was bred by Jean Goode out of her Gypsy (WCRCh Just Dandy x Emma) and sired by Mr Wonderful (Buster x WCRCh Blossom).

In joint 2nd place and just 1 point behind Red were his brother Half A Spot belonging to Steve & Betty Beaumont and his sister, Yvonne Young's Iolanthe. 4. Go Paris Go, 5 Gwir Cymro, 6= Cheap Thrills & Savernake Blackmail

TOP SCURRY

Top Scurry dog of 2007 was Jo & Lloyd's other charge Magical Mistery Archie was bred by Lucinda Aldrich-Blake from her Astrophel Anoushka (Ch. Shoalingham Sovereign x Nimrodel Annys Of Astrophel) and sired by Jarah Blue Velvet By Barmoll (Ch. Barmoll Beaujolais At Teisenlap x Jarah Fly Me To The Moon)

Well done all, what a lovely surprise for our two, a once in a life-time affair, I suspect.

Gloucester is a wonderful club to belong to, we have been to most meetings I believe, and never a chore. As a result, we have accumulated points even though we weren't always winners. Many thanks must go to Judy who has run the club beautifully and certainly left it in fabulous form for those who follow. Long may this well established club thrive in a democratic spirit displaying a warmth of welcome to newcomers who are, after all, the future of the sport. :thumbsup:
