Gloucester PWRC Results 16th November

There was a good turnout at the club today despite the unfavourable weather conditions. As we arrived, the rain started, and it didn’t really let up at all, it can only be described as mizzle. We ran our usual handicap of 150 yards at ½ yard per lb and there were some seriously close finishes. As we were so wet after racing, we had to go to the pub for sustenance and warmth before going home.

Well what can I say about today, we enjoyed ourselves - despite being soaked through, but are gutted about Chyppe. God knows what has happened since last sunday but he really wasnt with it today atall was he :wacko:

Its a little soul destroying as he has been making such good progress over the last few weeks. Oh well, there's always next week......

Was very pleased with Tyler today though (& he is looking forward to getting his veteran allowance soon LoL) and the photos show just how close some of those races were, so thanks for sharing them Lloyd and well done to Milans Dream & Spudice for winning their groups today :cheers:

Also a mention to Axel who looked fab in his trial with Nibs & Smidge & Lou, we are going to steal Dexter from you when your not looking one of these days, was so lovely to see him being all mouthy and barking at Iffy & Merle :wub:

Usual friendly brilliant day at Gloucester, despite the rain. Our dogs enjoyed their trials, and the run with Axl at the end who was very impressive for a young pup :thumbsup: Well done to the winners :cheers: Of course the warm pub was enjoyed by all, and the lovely grub went down well too!
