I haven't fostered any dogs for a years or 2 but we thinks its time we did again its been a crazy couple of years but things are more settled now and after losing Boris in November who was very small dog aggressive so limited what we could have we can now foster different breeds as long as I am not allergic to them. so we have just been excepted to foster Chinese crested. We just going to foster one at a time. We have been doing allot of studding as there needs can be quiet different from sight hounds. but in some ways there very hound like as well. we are waiting for our first to come. As he hasn't come in the rescue yet due to the weather and he has a know background and history to start us of with an easy one and NO he wont be staying.

If i ever do get a crested as a perminet dog I know exctly what i want and he dose not fit the bill. I am doing the same as i did when I fostred before having dogs I know I wont keep. thats why most of my old fosters were brindle as i never keeped them.

Good for you Wendy :) I think the Cresties are gorgeous. I especially like the Powder Puffs!! Look forward to seeing some pics  Is it the actual Chinese Crested dog club you are fostering from?

Bravo on doing such sacrificial work! The plight of the rescue dog is indeed a sad one but with homes and hearts like yours at the ready, they can have real hope!

Bless you!
