4 of us are doing the Great Manchester 10k Run this Sunday in aid of the Sarah Matheson Trust who support people and their families who have been diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy which is what my grandad was diagnosed with not long after our last run in 2006.

Anyway, only just got round to setting up my online sponsor page so if any of you wish to sponsor it'd be much appreciated.

Thats some going, I could not do it thats for sure, wishing you all the very best of luck, I wont be sponsoring you online, but will defo check how you got on at the champs and give you some money towards your collection then, a very worth cause, I hope it goes well for you.

We had a brilliant day again and found the run much easier than last time, can't wait to do it all again next year, we're reckoning we did it in 1hr 10mins but we'll know our official chip time on Tuesday.

Loads of celebs there and 12 bands scattered around the course which meant a great atmosphere with everyone giving each other loads of encouragement.

Everyone within travelling distance to Manchester, get your names down as soon as entries open next year! (That includes you Les ;) )

Highlights are on BBC2 at 5pm :))

Huge thanks to everyone who's donated so far and for all the pm's offering donations next weekend :thumbsup:
