crikey keith if you think thats a lot of undercoat dont ever get a shiba! (w00t) we can stuff cushions with ours when theyre moulting.use a rake (the ones with bent teeth)you get it out quicker and then a fine tooth hacksaw blade.our birds love this soft downy fur for lining their nests
