Thanks for the best wishes. Some of you may or may not know but my dad passed away last week following nearly four weeks in intensive care and it is his funeral tommorow. So I am going to go out to have a few quiet drinks tonight to celebrate with my family and friends.

Yes Paula, I will be at Cardiff on Saturday and will be waving my 'Bomber' flag! - look out for me wont you (I was seen lots of times in the crowd shots last year lol) and we will be back racing soon (2 boys were injured at the Champs but wont be long before they can run again) Would have liked to have gone to S Cots on saturday but my coach leaves at 12.30pm - dread to think what the boys will run like after so many weeks off!
