The harvesting is in full swing here, as in many areas, it's great to be able to see potential hazards ie loose dogs, deer etc now that the corn has been cut. The downside is that as soon as I let the dogs off the lead they make a beeline off the nice grassy track straight onto the stubble. Those sharp short stalks play havoc with their feet & lower legs cutting them. It's difficult to avoid these fields as we're surrounded by crops(that sounds as though we're under siege :lol: :lol: )Not complaining as we're lucky to be living in the countryside :thumbsup: just a minor glitch that goes with this time of year.

Funnily enough, i came home from a walk yesterday, my goldie was sneezing her brains out, so i firked out the grass seeds with a cotton wool bud

The homeopathic remedy Silica 30c is great for pushing out grass seeds/splinters etc :thumbsup:
