My lovely lurcher Hebe is competing in an agility final this coming weekend. She is in a rescue dog agility league & we qualified for this years final.

So on Thursday we're off to Peterborough to the East of England Show where the final is being held. On Friday 13th (w00t) (w00t)

I'm really hoping the weather cools down a bit for then as this past weekend was just too hot 8) for the dogs to be jumping.

She will be 9 later this year so I guess it will be her last time in the final so I just hope she does well. There is a local show (20mins away) the same weekend but a few of my friends are coming along to Peterborough to support us so I hope we don't let them down. Although Hebe will tell everyone that if it all goes horribly wrong it will have been my fault anyway

Thanks everyone, I've done my packing...10mins....chocolate, wine & a few clothes.

Done the dogs packing...2hrs (w00t) coats in case it's cold at night, cooling bandanas for if it's hot in the day, toys, treats,beds, etc etc.....how much stuff do 3 smallish dogs need for a few days away :blink: And mustn't forget the tasty sausages as a reward/bribe for Hebe however she does.

The nerves are starting to kick in now, gawd knows how I'll be on Friday :sweating: Hebe is sound asleep on the settee & couldn't give a :rant:
