Hello all, I've been browsing the site for a while and finally got round to posting! Loving reading all your bril stories & seeing such lovely whippet pics, & you all seem so friendly and helpful! I'm mummy to Eli, (amongst other darling babies both human and equine!), he's a 5yr old fawn Craigavad boy and utterly delicious! Hoping to find another fawn boy very soon as Eli has been without a friend for quite a while now, since we lost our dear little whippet bitch, Piper, around 18mths ago (although he'd love to be friends with the cat, she clearly considers it beneath her). Will post pic of my boy as soon as can get OH's assistance, as have zero computer tolerance and utterly inept at the simplest task....wish me luck  :unsure:

Just spotted that i called you 'Beth' earlier, sorry about that, not sure where my head was, Beth's our babysitter! I now have two whippets (can't believe I'm posting this (pinch myself)...yes it is true...I have TWO whippets :teehee: ) and a Mini Schnauzer.

Eli is lovely...do keep posting the photos.

I'd love to know where you got that fleece from too...need to get one for my latest addition, Jonah...it looks so snug. :wub:

Thanks for all your lovely comments, I feel like one of the family already! For those of you who loved Eli's rather dapper attire (he does in fact consider himself the Bee's Knees in it) it's from an American company, www.houndtogs.com. A lovely lady called Judy Benson designs and makes a small selection of really high quality coats specifically for sighthounds (Eli's is the 'Homecoat' in Silver Grey), the service is very efficient & her attention to detail excellent. The only drawback with ordering from the States is that once your parcel arrives at your post office, you have to pay a customs charge which bumps up the overall cost a bit! (something to do with cashmere, bananas & beaurocracy according to our post mistress!? :blink: ) Anyhoo, worth visiting the site if only to enjoy the angelic vision of the lady whippets & IGs modelling the 'Snuggy Snood'!
