called Little Briar Cottage and it faces south over Loch Earn. Guests can use the loch garden for swimming, fishing and watersports craft launch. There is a jetty and 2 moorings plus 9 flag lawn putting and petanque.

Pets love Little Briar (according to owners) It is the acre run around fetch and sniff area at the rear garden and the stream to splash in. Perhaps the small of the odd rabbit and deer too. Also the access over the garden stile to an off road old railway walk. Guests like the see through secure fence with 2 gates and the water hose and bowls on the stone patio. There is a partial awaning for shelter too with outdoor table chairs and wood burner /bbq.

There are 2 dog friendly hotels within 200m and a water sports centre in the spring summer season. We currently have a 3 to 7 night availability for Easter week Friday 7th to 14th April. Anyone taking 7 nights can have a voucher for one hour single paddleboarding or kayaking with wet suit supplied at the local watersports hire centre in 150 metres. Search for Little Briar Cottage at Briar Cottages Lochearnhead if you like the sound of a holiday here and ask any questions on the enquiry form. Thank you, Kim and Fraser (we live in an ancient thatched cottage on the grounds)
