Hi there- new to this forum , usually on the lurcher one but this looks good too. I've got five dogs : Tess (3/4 Whippet/greyhound) , Skye and Jet (Bedlington x ) Angus (Deerhound x) and Moll (Collie x). Tess is a rescue who was passed from owner to owner for the five years of her life , the owners getting increasingly neglectful - she ended up in R.S.P.C.A. before coming to us. She is the most loving ,devoted dog you can imagine and seemed to sense she had 'come home' from day one - she put her head into my jacket and just stayed there. I've always gone for the larger lurchers, but Tess has certainly made me a fan! The greyhound strain has upped her height slightly for a whippet bitch - she's 21 at the shoulder, she's white with fawn brindle patches and is about as cute as they come!
